‎The Yorubas have a distinct sense of style, making them have varieties of clothes that makes their culture noticeable amongst other cultures. They take immense pride in their attire, for which they are well known for. Clothing materials traditionally comes from processed cotton by traditional weavers. They believe that the type of clothes worn by a man depicts his personality and social status, and that different occasions require different clothing outfits.

Kèmbè is an African print, baggys styled, pants popular among the Yorubas. It is sown to match Èwu awòleke/Èwu awosoke (over wears), such as Agbàdà, Dandogo, Gbariye etc, these are worn on Èwu awòtèlè (Under wears), such as Èsiki, Buba, Sapara.

‎I rocked my prim’n’proper (@primnproper1014) KÈMBÈ the ultra modern way, with a Filà(Native cap) & a custom made tee that has an interesting face painting photo of me imprinted on it, tee from the stable of mubbysclothier (@mubbysclothier).

What more can I say that you don’t already know champ! You’re a rare gem of indispensable value that could ever come out of Africa, eventhough I never work with you but your works, Vogue and commitment towards rebranding Africa culture, heritage and exhibition of our traditions in a glamorous modeling scenery has being superb and one of the very few I could consider as unique and exemplary, no model come from this continent (Africa) can beat your brand chief.
