World Mental Health Day is observed every (10 October), and it is regarded an international day for global mental health education, advocacy and awareness against social stigma. This Day, was first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries.

Within myself, I loose the person I am. The more I try to be strong, the weaker I get. I’m drowned with my thoughts, I feel the world I live is different from anyone else’s world.

Depression is real. Mental illness is real, Social stigmatisation is real.

This is my little way of supporting the global campaign, & this was a collaboration with @chinaydu
